Fan Organized Rock Hall of Fame Afterparty March 16 Cleveland The only afterparty after the simulcast at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, will be at SPY BAR, located at 1261 W 6th St in the WareHouse District downtown Cleveland (216-621-7907).
Spy Bar is a few blocks west of the Rock Hall of Fame, up the street from Cleveland Browns Stadium. The afterparty will run from midnight-2 am Eastern time after the simulcast at the Rock Hall ends. Admission to the club is FREE. Why? When Spy Bar asked for admission Prince our Cleveland contact said " ... all I want is for Prince fans to come into the club and dance." Are you saying "March 16" because it's going to occur after midnight? I think the press release did say it was a four- hour (*whew*) ceremony starting at 8 p.m. on March 15??? | |

Yeah, March 16, technically, heh, just like Prince play late night midnight/2am gigs recently. Or whenever the simulcast gets over, we all head over a few streets west to Spy Bar. A very nice location. The WareHouse District is one of the top entertainment districts in Cleveland, more popular these days than The Flats. And yeah, the simulcast is four hours, so they say. In its 19 years since the first induction, I think the Rock Hall Foundation has the program pretty tight. Hopefully the simulcast doesn't last an hour or two after. I believe the curfew is at 2am when bars and clubs close in Cleveland, but I could be misstaken. | |
