the rooms will rent for 89 $ a piece if we go one of the first two weekends in august...

i got us 24 hour access to the meeting room for the two days we are there...at cost to us for only 150 $ -- that is where we can set up the music...

all you can drink is between 5:30 and 7:30...after that it is a cash bar...

breakfast is cooked to order...omlets, waffles, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns, etc...all you can eat

up too 4 adults can stay in a room...king size bed in the bedroom...and a queen in the fold-out...

if someone decides to fly in...they can get a round-trip KC shuttle ride for 37 $...

there is a pool, hot tub, steam room, exercise room, outdoor pool, and the resturaunt and bar on site...so no need to be driving around

also...each room has a fridge...and a microwave and coffee pot...lets see...anything else...

so i am thinking...drinks on them till 7:30...and then hit the meeting room...music and whatnot...as long as it doesnt get out of hand they dont care how late we are there...

oh...and they will cater a dinner for us...usually a theme...the one she quoted me was lasagna, chicken fettuccine, salad, bread, dessert, and some vegetable thing for like 17 $ a person...i personally prefer the mexican night myself...that might be better than trying to get everyone into the restaurant...who knows...anyway, lost your email address so i hope you find this...let me know you thoughts or how you think i could make it better...
