- 21 Nights was the concert footage. Somewhat repetitive of the Big Screen and Musicology screenings from the previous days. I was hoping for something more obscure, but I’m being picky. Any Prince screening is better than anything else they can do.

- Revolution panel was good for those who want to hear about how much of an influence they had on him and his music. Funk Soldiers panel was great for those who wanted to hear about how much of an influence he had on the panelists.

- Revolution performance was good and gave people their 80’s fix. Stokley did some of the lead vocals.

- The difference again between VIP and GA was a $500 vegetarian meal.

- Overall, the failure to link exclusive and extensive vault material to Paisley is the reason why the future of Paisley is in jeopardy. CoAmerica’s job is to monetize Paisley and they have failed, in part, because the heirs are so dysfunctional and with Mcmillen stirring the pot because he wants to control the next executor. The result will be that the assets of the estate will be devalued, including Paisley, and the flood gates to the vault will eventually open out of necessity.

Get to Paisley while you can. Once Graceland recoups their investment, they will be gone like thieves in the night. The place will become a shit show when the heirs get involved. If you dont believe me check the newest location of that hideous urn today. I give the event a D overall and an F for VIP. Again, this is not Graceland’s fault and I’m not being contrarian.

The simple answer is Londell and others are orchestrating the division through some of the gullible heirs so that as little as possible gets released while CoAmerica runs the Estate. The intent is to devalue the Estate for now and then open the flood gates for Londell and others to profit once CoAmerica is out of the way and a permanent administrator of their choosing and under their control is appointed.

Just got back home to houston from my first celebration. I have been a prince fan since sneaking in to see purple rain at the age of nine at a cinema. All of my Star Wars toys and posters went in the trash that night. I had an amazing time and I did not splurge on the VIP. All I could see the VIP got were a buffet and seating in the middle at the soundstage. However there was not a bad seat. They also got their own checkout at the gift shop, which was usually empty. They would call over non vips to ease the checkout line. They had mac and cheese and a grilled cheese for $12 and desserts for around $5. Canned sodas were $2. The paisley staff were great and always friendly. Jd Steele was the mc and he was funny and seemed like a happy soul. I could have listened to cavallo and Katz all day. Jesse Johnson was great. The paisley tour was amazing, but about 85 percent of my group had seen the same exhibit in previous years. You cannot take photos as they lock your phone in a pouch. Which was nice because I hate cell phones at concerts. I wish they would have shown more from the early days but I understand. The time concert they showed was something else. My wife and 7 year old daughter went with me, we stayed at the great wolf lodge. I went to paisley and they did great wolf and great wolf has a shuttle to mall of America. I saw one kid at celebration and she was around 7 or so. I had a question about kids at celebration. Great wolf was reasonable if you are thinking of bringing kids. For me it was a dream come true so I was far from disappointed. The fans were great and happy. I never got a vibe of disappointment. I would definitely return. I apologize for rambling.

Nope. Again, the implication by Joel (the guy that runs Paisley) when he opened the event was that that the heirs would be taking over and he encouraged us all to support them going forward. At the two prevoius celebrations, Joel was usually very visible and accessible. I didn't see him after the first day. They put a lot of money into Paisley, so I suspect that they will recoup their investment and step aside.
