They had 3 panels, engineering, fashion, and record label and innovation. They were all very interesting. Some random memories...Susan Rogers said there was a tape made of Wally, but she couldn't speak to the whereabouts of it. Hans-Martin Buff said that new masters were not made of the old catalogue. Scottie Baldwin said Prince did the intro to 1999. Kim Berry said Andy Allo's afro was the inspiration for his. Craig Rice said they put Prince on a budget and deposited $50,000 into a checking account and gave him a checkbook. He said the bank called and that he had overdrawn on his account. Craig went to Prince and asked him about it and Prince asked how that could be. He still had checks. Craig said Prince was nervous about meeting Jeff Beck, when he was rehearsing at Paisley Park, and what he would wear. The event was 12:30 to 7:30 with 1/2 hour breaks in between, so lots of stories.
