The grounds are nicely landscaped, but always conducive to a lot of foot traffic. Wide and more generously laid out sidewalks and pathways for a public place like this. If the egg is used for retail, there have to be more footwalk areas to that as well, and create a natural flow for people to leave one area, and go to another to keep from having a human traffic jam. Parking is eventually going to be an issue as well. Landscaping is more than just fresh cut grass and some flowers, for a situation like this. Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking. | |
