Ant Boogie has put together a memorial for this Friday, April 21st - "Prince - Nothing Compares". It's going to feature speakers, including yours truly. Here are the details:

This Friday marks the 1 year anniversary of the passing of Prince and we at High Volume Music Live will be holding a memorial service. Unlike most of the events planned throughout the city we are going to do something different. Instead of celebrating the music and artistry of this incredible man by playing his music all night we are going to give you, the fans a moment. We are welcoming ALL Prince family and fans to come out and talk to us. Tell us your favorite Prince story. How you became a fan or how you turned someone on to the man. We are going to have special guest speakers that I personally have met through a mutual love and respect for Prince. My great friend Greg Schroder as well as my sister in purple S Elise Baul and my buddy Kadrae G Armstrong as well will be guest speakers. My man David Robert Gill is a special invited guest as well. I have had a large number of people inbox me asking for more information because they want to come out and say something and everyone is welcome to come through.

High Volume Music Live is located at 8405 Almeda Genoa, Suite K, Houston, TX 77075. The phone number is (713) 724-5199. It's really an AWESOME venue. Ant Boogie has put in countless hours of blood, sweat and tears and it's paid off handsomely.
