Did you get a refund yet ? Im waiting on a $100 refund for my cancelled VIP ticket. It's taking a long time. Did you get your refund yet?  I asked Prince what he was planning to do. still waiting. I followed up last week after over a week of waiting ( tickets cancelled oct 7) and they replied it could take 5-10 business days, and to contact them again after 10 business days if still not received. I do hope its on the way. They have a lot of my money tied up, as I had hoped to visit a few times as i knew the first time would be overwhelming emotionally. Anyway, again that question- what were they doing selling tickets before receiving council permission to open ? Strange that we are left carrying the burden of this risk. 10 days seems unusually long? A mess too, as I was here and ready to go on the tours (which were then reinstated!), but couldn't afford to purchase new tickets for the same dates while awaiting the refund ( effectivaly paying twice for the tour), on top of all the other costs - flights, hotel, tribute concert etc. | |

I called Universe at the number on my credit card statement 888-233-1237. They send you to an answering machine! I just opened a dispute with my credit card company for the charge. I don't want to pay interest on that $100. for another month because it's taking so long for a refund. I asked Prince what he was planning to do. He told me , I'm going to look for the ladder.
