I decided to stay an extra night just in case something else got planned for Saturday night Oct 15th. Well nothing seem to be happening at First ave, or anywhere else for that matter, so thinking of going to Bunkers on Saturday Night to see Chase & The Ovaiton. Anyone else planning on going? Anyone seem them preform before?

I'm going as well. Haven't seen the before but heard they are GREAT! Should be a good time!!

I've seen them a few times and they are amazing! If you're still in town on Saturday I highly recommend going! I know I'll be there!!

Is it a big place. How hard will it be to get into? So I go very early like 6-7 pm to get a spot?

It is VERY small. Show starts at 9:30, plan to get there early.

Thanks for the head up. I see they only have food until 6 on their website but burgers until midnight. That that seem right. I was thinking of going for dinner and a burger will work. You think 7-8 will work and will they have a problem with me staying? I'm sure if i keep ordering stuff they wont.

There are booths along the back, and bar tables up front, so yeah.

We should get a booth for all Org memebers.

Kind of why I started the tread to see how many might be going from the org.

I stayed an extra night just to go to Bunkers as well.

a little off topic but what about parking for bunkers and muse. Any recommended places.

I didn't have time to pop onto the org the whole time I was away. Bunkers was amazing! It was jammed packed and Chase & Ovation were amazing! I actually felt it was a more fitting tribute/celebration of Prince than then Muse event (not that that wasn't fun). Chase, the lead singer, was visibly as crushed by the loss of The Beautiful One as the rest of us 'Family', he was so humble and gracious and definitely playing to/for Prince (with many glances to Prince's corner during his songs). Plus there was at least dozen of us orgers together there so that was fun. So worth the extra night, and was the perfect note to end the week of celebrations on!

Hi Toastgirl! Had so much fun with you guys Saturday! Loved our HR lunch and our day at grafitti bridge, the Chanhassen Theatur mural and our table at Bunkers! Glad you decided to stay til the end....until my car got towed!

Hi FP! Had so much fun this week with you!!! Yes, Bunkers was great. And yes, the looks over to Prince's table that he always sat in was very obvious. They were great! The whole band was amazing...they rocked the house and did Prince proud. And the Kalliah Jackson's redition of Kiss was pretty amazing as well. Emotional night and entire week for sure.

Shared uber/lyft/taxi? Then we won't have to worry about driving in a strange city at night after a drink 'er two. Not to mention being completely exhausted by Saturday. I'm not sure I even have time to eat all week!
