Skinny dipping in Lake Minnetonka did not make the suggested itinerary.

Those were my activity suggestions. lol. My suggested itinerary is as follows:
Thursday
- Meet and greet dinner for those in town
Friday
- Meet after breakfast (10:30-11ish?) for daytime activity (park, museum, shopping, wandering)
- Break whenever folks are ready to rest
- 7:30ish Dinner
- 9ish live music/dancing/bar hangout
Saturday
- Meet after breakfast (10:30-11ish?) for daytime activity (park, museum, shopping, wandering)
- Break at your leisure
- 7:30ish Dinner
- 9ish live music/dancing/bar hangout
Sunday
- Farewell brunch at 11 downtown (can be moved earlier to accommodate flights if needed)
- After that you’re on your own
For those staying options include:
- Twins Game 1pm OR
- Light Rail to MOA
If anyone wants to skip (or skip out early on) a daytime activity or dinner to make a run out to Paisley Park or Lake Minnetonka (not recommended) they can plan that as well.
We'll also need to round up definite numbers a few weeks ahead of time so I (or someone) can make dinner & brunch reservations as it's way too hard to get a table for a large group last minute.

You got a fishslap because your question was already answered in this thread.

What is this event about? I'd love to come but I'm not even sure what it's for
In general these events are simply to meet others you’ve gotten to know/chatted with online in person and hang out. There’s no Prince-themed event happening in town (at least not yet that we know of). It’s more about having some fun doing touristy things in (in this case) Minneapolis with other like-minded folks.

I was planning on attending, then my friend announced her wedding date... May 30.

I've been around this site for over 10 years (although I used other screennames over that time). I live in the Minneapolis area so please count me in for this. It would be fun to meet other orgers. |

I may be up for that. I'm not a big baseball fan but it's generally a good time as long as the weather isn't awful. Sometimes I can get deals on tickets through my job too, so I'll keep an eye out for that. I can look into group sales too, if enough folks want to go. I know we've done big batches for work outings in the past.
That would be awesome, thanks. I would be surprised though if there is more than only a handful of people that would go.
I would consider this. Even thoughI live here, I haven't been inside the stadium. I am not really into baseball either, but would be fun to check it out with cool peeps and not lame work people or whatever other instance i might end up there.

Thinking towards saying we should all go see Hot Chip at First Ave on the 30th. It will be a fun show and a great way to get everyone in the door. Friends of mine are all buying tix already and we may want to make a decision quickly so folks can get their tickets before it sells out... |
