She said yes because the tickets will be sold from the box office which is away from the main entrance to the venue. But she also said that only 50 tickets will be available on the door and people are queuing already! Feeling very very lucky to have tickets.

For them to only sell 50 on the door if true means there will no doubt be a 2nd show otherwise they would have clarified there wasnt many to save alot of dissapointment. this way, it looks like he is being kind and doing a 2nd show for people who didnt manage to get in, meaning good press.

doors at 7pm for 8pm show was EB and koko. it could be a bit later like 9pm as nearly twice as many people to get in, and if curfew is 11pm (someone should check this), it means a single 2 hour show. people will line up early with tickets to get front row, or just cuz they like standing behind me

They have different curfews, I've been to club events there till 3am so they can get later licenses if required

Hi mate, you know the area better than us lot! - can you pick a place that's big & near the academy. Doesn't matter where we are as long as we are all in a safe bar & are together!

I've been to the venue a number of times and it's very very dark and can get very hot as well.

how far is it compared to big hands and kro bar and how big is each? how difficult is it to organise a piss up at a prince gig? we just need the closest bar to the venue that can fit 2600 people in it. nothing far away. fuck walking for a game of soldiers. i'll stand all bloody day and night but you won't catch me walking!

KRO Bar has a large garden area at the rear of the building. The decking and tasteful furniture make it perfect for formal events as well as BBQ’s and themed parties.

Our conservatory, which can be hired separately or as part of the garden, can be opened out fully making a huge space available for your event. Outdoor heaters and glass sheltering enable us to provide outdoor space even when the weather isn’t perfect.

ACADEMY GIGS:
After parties for gigs at The Academy are also a regular feature at KRO Bar. From parties thrown by the artists themselves to fan organised events and pre and post gig drinks we do it all. In fact, if you show your vaild ticket before the show or stub afterwards, you can get a pint of Carlsberg for just £2.50.

We offer a large selection of continental beers and local guest ales; a great way to start your night before going to your favourite gig.

It's 0.5 mile in the opposite direction for you from there, I will be in there around 1:30 for a spot of lunch then kro bar for around 3... You can always go after the gig [Edited 2/21/14 1:46am]
