No secret Both me and kewlschool have talked to Troy Gua independently of each other. Nuts because kewlschool is a step ahead of me! Can someone recommend a decent, CHEAP, hotel that perhaps they've either booked or seriously considered booking?

Jedi: unfortunately, finding a room is tough in the summer. Motel 6 is right by the airport and is pretty cheap. You could always do the Priceline thing, too. We have memberships to the aquarium, we like to get and watch the jellyfish.

I've been checking out Priceline, Expedia, Hotel.com, and that one which Kewlschool recommended.

I think that I'm just going to pick a dirt-cheap roach motel by the airport so that I can afford to rent a car.

Also, the weather is fantastic right now. I don't think it's rained for over 30 days!

Mornings are typically cool, 50-60 F. It warms up throughout the day, lately reaching mid 80's with the hottest part of the day around 4-6 pm. It then cools down, sun setting around 9 pm. Early evenings are really nice. Humidity has been low, save for a muggy day here and there.
