My BF & I are flying in from Canada for the 29th show and staying for NYE, so maybe we'll see some of you.

I love a nice bathroom. Bar 89 sounds great. I updated my meet-up thread and stated that if everyone would rather do Bar 89 I have no problems with discontinuing the Dallas BBQ plans and all of us meeting up at Bar 89. Originally, I just put BBQs into the possible meet-up barrel with no expectations. I just want to meet some more Prince fans and like I said in my thread, don't really care what the location is. I just want everyone to have a good time in the long run.

ok where is bar 89 in location to msg? i'm taking a train

I would LOVE to meetup with other orgers.I'm pretty much a lurker, but love you guys and I bet you'd be fun to meet IRL. New York is fantastic, and will definitely be able to amuse myself but it would be much more fun to have other like-minded people to hang out with. It looks like a lot of other people feel the same way. Should we set up a org meetup twitter feed, or a meetup page, or something more official so we can easily see what's going on?

I definitely think we should meet up at the Village Underground/Fat Black Pussycat since he's been there twice this year. I went earlier this summer. It's got a great vibe, and the house band is so good.

My heart is aching because I can't B there if the tickets were for 12/29 or 1/18 I would B trying to buy it from U...but if U like to go to plays, when I go to New York, I go straight to the 1/2 Price Tickets at Times Square to see great shows!!! Afternoon shows are even cheaper ...U wait in a line for show U want and I always met outstanding and intersting people from all over the world waiting to buy deep discounted tickets!!! ...and don't forget talk shows, U can call NBC and other shows for stand'by tickets. NBC is 1-212-664-3056 and ABC (The View, etc) is 1-212-555-1000. Even if I can't get there ...U go do the dang thing! Have a wonderful trip...I travel a lot by myself...so U learn great things to do...also by Times Square is a huge inside tourist center. There is also a McDonald's a couple of streets over by B.B. Kings, that's open all night, I was there talking on the phone waiting to join the audiance on the Good Morning America show (by Times Square) but was so tired after the Prince MSG show (Musicology Tour) and the aftershow at B B Kings (Prince, Mani, Sheliah E, Chris Rock, Morris Day, John B. etc was sitting about 3-6 feet away while everybody was dancing...totally cool) , but I was so tired, I fell asleep, at GMA!!! ... Have fun & B safe, have fun, meet great people in New York ...Peace & B Wild!!!! ...I know U R going to have a good time, how could U not, U are going 2 C Prince
