I will make reservations at King St. Blues today. I think I will make it for 12. Our friend Nicole (she hasn't been on the org in ages but is also a Prince freak, Efan and borgie have met her) will be joining. I think 12 will leave wiggle room and if we end up with one or two less or more it shouldn't be a big deal. I just don't want to wait all the way till late in the week since I don't know how crowded they get.

A few people prefer to do the tour after dinner so we'll go with that. The tour is at 9pm.

The restaurant is not very far from there (on same strip). Should I make reservations for 6:30 or 7??

Hi, John. Is it too late to join you all for the Saturday get together? I would like to join you all and meet the rest of the "family." I won't be able to go to the Friday stuff (job duties), but I can join you all Saturday after the tour. I don't drink that much, and I have a whole bottle of Absolut and Jose Cuervo that I have barely touched that I can bring. I also have one of those Margaritaville frozen margarita makers that I've used only a few times that I can lend for the occasion. It also makes frozen booze free drinks as well. Just need plenty of ice. I would also chip in for the Z Pizza or whatever food you will be ordering as I love to eat and don't mind ponying up.

No bar/clubs. The fanciest (not fancy) would be Friday eve dinner.

Friday: Dinner (I'm wearing nice, but still casual (pants with collared tee). Then Ghost tour.

If we feel like after the tour we can grab a somewhere out there. I imagine the day of DC tour we don't want to head out too late (no later than 10am?) so we might not want to make Fri nite an all-niter.

Sat AM: We pick everyone up from hotels and head to the Metro station and we go into DC to do the touristy tour thing all day long (we've actually never done it proper either). When we head back (I guess 5 ish?) we'll hit the likkur sto' then come here to party. Some folk who are not doing the whole day thing might be poppin in.

I will wear jeans and something casual to tour in. And sneaks, not Crocs , since we'll be walking. I don't see the sense (or time or need) to go back and get dolled up to hang with the same group at the house. But folk can if they want. We're less than 5 miles from the hotels, so if one of us can't go back out and the shuttle won't bring ya here, a cab ride would be minimal. But again, I personally don't see the sense.

Folk that are going back to hotels after partying, might be better to have a cab bring yall back. I don't mind doing all the driving and picking up, but I don't want to get arrested for drunk driving on Sat night while taking yall back to hotel. That would SO suck.

I will have my car, so I can help with the minor travelling details. So I guess Sat I can meet you at your house, or I can meet you at the hotel, or I can meet you at the Metro. I just need a time so I know what time to leave home. It's like a 4-5 hour drive.

I don't outrageously drink either, and I cain't afford no tickets or DUI. I learnt my lesson about enebriation a long time ago....

The Ghost tour is a 6 block tour.

The DC tour will probably involve quite a bit of walking since we're doing all the monuments and such. I mean we're taking a tour bus ($27 for the day pass) to minimize (so we don't have to walk from one thing to the next), but I imagine we'll do some walking at each stop.

Our friend Nicole had a fall and is doing PT for her ankle so she can't walk long distances so she's getting a wheelchair from craigslist and then donating it. Ron will push her during the long hauls, then she can walk around for the short stuff. She won't want me pushin her cuz I'll bump her into stuff...accidentally on purpose
