Ok, so who wants to join cborgman, Efan, Ron and I the weekend of Sept 25 for some DC/DC area fun??

We live just 20 min outside DC and the guys are coming down from NY for the weekend. We will be up to lots of sillyness and (Lawd knows what photowhoring opportunities will arise??) Wonder if we can get our pic took-en on Lincoln's lap.

Anyway...

I'm afraid depends on whether I get cast in anything this fall. One show I'm looking at opens October 1, which would mean I'd have to be in Madison the weekend of the 25th. The other opens October 8. I could make it with that one.

But I will definitely try.

John, I need to start looking at places to stay (not too expensive, but does not charge by the hour).

What area should I look in?

Alexandria. It's lovely there, we can even do a daytrip or something there. It's where Charlotte stayed (she asked me the same) when she came here.

There's a few hotels right here in Springfield around the "mixing bowl" like Mariott, Hilton,Holiday Inn Express....

If we're gonna spend the whole time together (I might cook for you ), you could stay right in town. We'll either ride places together or Metro into DC together anyway.

Falls Church, VA (that's where Ron's school is but a bit farther from us 9 or so miles) has an Inns of Virginia on the main st. that's about $89 a night. Basic but clean.
