Following on from a great 1st night just before Christmas - where guest Karizma absolutely smashed it - the team are back for another tribute to the music of Prince, Minneapolis and renegade funk.

Plastic People boasts the SICKEST sound system in London, just perfect to deliver twisted bass lines, dangerous snares and out to lunch guitar riffs on a pink and purple bouffant soundscape.

Once again the serving of power glam funk takes in the music of Prince, Jesse Johnson, The Time, Jill Jones, Vanity 6, Madhouse, Da'Krash, Mazarati, Wendy & Lisa, The Family, NPG, Sheila E, Andrė Cymone, Madame X, Parliament-Funkadelic, Zapp and Roger Troutman, Parlet, Brides of Funkenstein etc.

Chris Philips (Choice FM) and Kyri (R2 Records) are joined by a very special international artiste, DJ and huge Prince fan secret guest. This is a rare opportunity to have our guest play in a completely different mode to what you know him for and we are very excited by it.

It's an early one, from 7pm to 11pm on a Sunday night and a great way to wrap a weekend's activities without impinging on work commitments.

What a night so didn't want it to end the music was first class! whoever didn't go really missed out and anyone who's very serious about there music would of been in for treat. The mixing was like no other and the sound quality was so good a lot of tracks sounded like it was playing live, it was odd but a very good odd! That DJ from detroit was on some next crazy level it was amazing! Going home now with a satisfed smile and feel like I've been fed abundantly. Mr Phillips and Kiren and detroit man, Thank You.
