Evidently there is a new bar in SoHo, The Randolph at Broome, that has some sort of Prince Tribute night on Sundays so we are checking it out and we want you to join us.

Here are the details:

Who: Prince fans, of course--including HQ regulars (who post here as well)...we are looking for new additions to our crew.

What: Prince Tribute night--not sure exactly how good the DJ is, it's a new thing.

When: this Sunday, October 7 from 9:30pm--4am, and the next day is a Federal Holiday (Columbus Day), so be ready to Party Up!

Where: The Randolph at Broome (349 Broome Street b/t Elizabeth & Bowery) J, M, Z to Bowery; B,D to Grand St; or 6 to Spring St.

Addt'l Details: There is NO cover charge for this, but according to Citysearch the cocktails start at $10.

Dress Code: "Ya gotta look good" was what the guy said when I called.

*This is just a joke, everyone. I have met most of the people who will be in attendance and they are all very nice. It's me on the other hand, who you may need to worry about....j/k, I'm nice too--Honest! And I may even bring some Prince buttons/pins to share.

For those of you that missed this, ya gotta go. Our group had a fabulous time and we shut the bar down. Because it's new, it's not crowded and has lots of room for growth, but the next time I have a Monday off I will definitely want to go again.


Miss ya'll crazy nuts. Can't wait until we get together...and always looking forward to new inmates in the funhouse
