I'm looking for a Wisconsin Prince concert from early '08 to late '11.

good luck.. He's come to Milwaukee Once during Musicology...
He may have done Milwaukee one other time... but that is IT for Prince stopping in Wisconsin.

The good news...or maybe not of late..lol.. is that Minneapolis isn't ALL that far away to get to a Prince show from Wisconsin..I mean its a lot closer than driving from say Florida..hehe.
