I felt honoured to be part of the group that was able to say Goodbye to one of the Org's treasures... and it was an absolute pleasure meeting up with old, and new, Orgers. As always, I never want these things to end. They're always a lot of fun.


Apologies if I haven't been in touch with anyone since... I got home at 11pm on Sunday, went straight out, paid for it Monday and I've been entertaining every night since. But Orgnotes are on their way...


I can't see the photos at work but I managed to have a glance the other day. Great pics! Even if it reinforces my opinion that I (a) need a tan and (b) must stop doing that stupid pout. (Honestly - it's not intentional ; I'm just awful at posing for photographs ). But I'm so glad to have a reminder of such a great weekend. I can't wait to see the others!


First of all, a MASSIVE Thank You to everybody involved, especially ellieadore. You really are a thoughful person - travelling all that way, spending your afternoon putting decorations up, organising that section of the bar - I'm sure Nat really appreciated it. It's great to think that one of Nat's last memories of the UK will be that night; she really enjoyed herself by the looks of it. Thank you for organising it so well.

Also... after all this time it was so great to finally meet you! I can see why Nat raves about you so much. Thank you for a great laugh, listening to my drunken ramblings and I hope we get to do it again - soon. VERY nice to meet you indeed.


Jon - it's been a long time since we first met but you are such great company; a real gentleman. I'm not quite sure what we talked about on Saturday but I remember having a giggle about Las Vegas. SO good to see you and I am thrilled for you and Ellie; you make a lovely couple. Here's to you both and hopefully see you soon.


Phil - again, it's been quite a long time since I saw you last but it was great to see you again. Another person I enjoy spending time with. Great to catch up with you - apologies for the drunken ramblings - and hopefully it won't be too long until the next time. Take care.

You're my lil' Scottish sis. And thank you for putting up with my miserable ass on the Sunday. I love you, hun, and can't wait to see you next. ANYTIME you want to comne and visit... you're welcome. Nat, I'm not going to fill up this thread with things that you already know but it goes without saying that I love you very much and I am so thankful for all the time we have spent together. You are one of the nicest, kindest, loveliest persons I've *ever* met and I am so lucky to have got to know you. A pleasure that all the US Orgers will discover over the next month or so. To be honest, it's only just starting to sink in that you've left - I was sort of shell-shocked at the airport - but I know that wherever you are, in person or on the Org, we'll always be friends. I promise you that.

Thank you for letting me come up to stay last weekend and please thank Sol for all his hospitality; it was very much appreciated. I just hope you're having the absolute time of your life in America - ! - and have some great memories to look back on when you think about the UK. You've left a pretty big dent, for such a small person , on so many people here. You really will be missed.
