Manchester Prince Party - Question! Urgent response req'd See new thread here http://www.prince.org/msg/2/223415
As you may be aware we had planned to hold this years Party at the same venue on the 15th September however we can no longer do this at the same venue as we have only just learnt they are turning the place into a restaurant on 1st August. New management etc.... I have tried to see if they can do this earlier but with management change they have changed the terms so this will now be moved to a different venue. I will post further details son. Already have an alternative venue just around the corner in mind. I am sorry this has happened but I'm sure you'll all agree. We want this to go ahead! Count me in on this one definitely...it's on the calendar already
Although it's gonna be one long journey...I'm moving to Swansea with work in 2 weeks  My trips to Germany at 5 in the morning are almost over and for the first time in 4 years I'll be located in pretty much one place.. phew! (Not sure that Swansea is where I'd want to be really, but the job holds a lot of promise career-wise)
Are there no meet ups planned between now and then on a smaller scale? We used to do quite a lot of them but apart from the Scotland invasion the other weekend, it seems to have gone very quiet? I'd be happy to organise something in South Wales if you'd all haul yo asses down there? Not seen anyone in soooo long! | |

Loads to consider as always but I am definately there in spirit. Will know by mid summer what the score is. MAnc and Scotland missed, I don't wanna miss a third!
