Right then. Saturday 18th November is the night for the Manchester Meet-up.

It should be a good chance for those of you who met up at the party to have a good old chin-wag.

Plus it could be an opportunity for some new people to come and meet-up. Spread the word.

Nothing Grand just a meet-up. No DJ coming over from Belgium or merchandise being sold via Madhouse!

A drink, maybe a meal, plenty of chat and hopefully more if you want????

The finances have taken a nose dive recently - but me and the other half will try our best - will know nearer to the date if its possible - considering it was me who planted the seed on this whole idea it would be a huge bummer if I couldnt come lol!!!

Ironically, I was in Manchester today for a work meeting. It's a loooong drive back up and I'm knackered. But I had to stay up until now to browse the org of course.

I am soooo skint at the min, but I'm daddy's girl still so I might have a chance to get a couple of quid to come out, the smaller venues sound like a good idea, and there is more of a chance of them playing prince, especially if there is a few of us, just meet up somewhere and look for the happy hour places!!!

Anyway, it looks like I can more than likely come, I need something to look forward to, anyway we could meet up in the day, there are more happy hours going on then, and people can getthe train, bus, etc back home and don't have to stay over like the party!! It's just a thought!!

Gill's birthday's on the 22nd and no plans have been made yet. I'm not away working but can't really make definate decisions about that period of time.

all of the above at the min but purely because of the cashflow situation but as the days go by we are more and more determined to come - it just means not going anywhere fancy - and as seven7kisses has said - maybe starting early in all the cheap pubs ha!!
whatever happens we have to stay in Mancheser which means hotel fees as we live on the wirral so fingers crossed we'll be able to squueze some cash together to make it

Tri Becha (I think that's how it is spelt?) near the village played Prince for us on the Friday night before the last Prince Party. If we can get enough of us in there the DJ may play some requests.

I remember Alphabet Street, Kiss, Black Sweat being played plus a couple of others!!!!! Maybe worth a try?

^and it even has a Purple Lounge!!!
