Places to visit in Manchester if you get down early.
Oldham Street - This has the fascinating arcade called Aflecks Palace. With dozens of shops which include clothes shops you don't get on the high street. Lot's of Posters and badges etc... Sex shop jewellry shops. and if you like bondage gear..... Also on Oldham street is Vinyl exchange. On the corner with a good range of Prince 12"s and other stuff. Ask downstairs behind the counter where they have more rare stuff. A must for all you Fans! On Market Street you have HMV, Music Zone and just opposite down the Side of Teso why not visit Fopp. Bargain CD and DVD Prices. And Finally a brilliant place to visit is Cols shop which is .....Col, please tell..... Enjoy Manchester everyone and see you at 8pm!!!!! I have a shop in an unique shopping centre called Manchester Craft & Design Centre, it house 16 designers studios ranging from Jewellery to Furniture.
If you like hand made, unusual crafted work then come down, my studio is no. 4 opposite the cafe, I design and make contemporary jewellery and I share my studio with two of the UK finests ceramacists. There's also another very interesting second hand record shop; if you're walking down from piccadilly and you come to a busy junction (where portland st and newton st meet) you can see pic gardens across the road and over to the left and its just facing you on the opposite side of the road you go downstairs to it. if i came i'd probably end up, within 1 hour, on my back in the corner on a comfy sofa playing air guitar and drums and mumbling the words to the songs, lost in my little world of prince music, amazed at being in a place playing rare prince songs one after the other - loud! |

Okay.. It's now 5.30am exactly. I'm here with Electrostar, having left the room of Susannah (Susannah's House?). The after-party was very good, but the actual meetup in Bar Est was AWESOME.
I'm so hyped even now. Yeah, tired..but hyped. Just thought I'd post first of all, so that I can prove I'm still up. As every other boring sod is currently snoring/drooling/expelling wind without knowing it. So there. And Electrostar will post something right after me. He's a real trooper/insomniac. My eyes hurt. Been drinking with the Scottish contingent. Bad idea. Party was awesome. Aint danced liked that for a long long time. Thanks to all. I'm going to bed.
But we are officially the last standing! Next stop Amsterdam. As equality grows, violence declines. |

well - what can i say?????
had an absoulute ball last nite - driving home in the car this morning was HARD WORK - nearly had my head out the window 3 times due to last nites drink wanting to pay me another visit!!!!! got very drunk - probably made a total fool of myself on the dance floor (But at the time I thought I was amazing...) also met some great people - 7kisses you are amazing!!!

Last night was amazing, couldn't believe how amazing it was! Got very drunk and met alot of fab people - especially wendyrachel!!!
