Just ring me if you get lost. Not to far to walk as Manchester is not as vast as London! Or you could ge a taxi? Just aim for GMEX/Midland hotel. It is by the tram lines which run past the Midland Hotel/Manchester Library.

If you are driving then you can use the Car Park of the other Premier Inn hotel further down the road. See

As I'll be driving, thanks for the tips Savage. I was in Manchester a couple of weeks ago, and ended up getting a bit lost - when I got to Deansgate I realised a U-turn was required!

But considering it now, that's precisely where I have to go this time around, so I should be sorted.

There is a spare seat in my car if anyone's coming down from Glasgow/Edinburgh, incidentally. I will have a large Prince collection in the car - consider it a portable jukebox, with each track costing fifty pence.

(..well it's worth a try, right?)

Just out of interest - how many Scottish folks are heading to the Manchester party? I see one above me and Muirdo (you are going, right?) - don't tell me the Scots amount to 3!
I know of around 10/12 other folks going from various other boards, although admittedly they are southerners and will be taking part in a dance-off to prove their status.
I must admit I'm looking forward to it now.

I am so very sorry to have to say this, but I won't be able to make it. I can't find anybody to lend me the money and I just can't fly under my own power. I'm really sad about it, especially since JD's taking off for such a long time shortly after the party. Anyways, I hope you all have a kickass time and drink lots of cocktails for me!
