Friday 8th September

As there are Party people coming down on the Friday and making a weekend out of the event we will be meeting for a warm up get together.

Meet in Barest(the party venue) for a drink between 7 - 8pm. Me and Kat are aiming to be there for 7.30pm.

Then onto Pitcher and Piano 8-9pm (Down the steps next to the Bridgwater Hall, 50 yds from barest) for a few more drinks then on towards the village to spread "the word" about the Party of the Year!

Places to visit in Manchester if you get down early.

Oldham Street - This has the fascinating arcade called Aflecks Palace. With dozens of shops which include clothes shops you don't get on the high street. Lot's of Posters and badges etc... Sex shop jewellry shops. and if you like bondage gear.....

Also on Oldham street is Vinyl exchange. On the corner with a good range of Prince 12"s and other stuff. Ask downstairs behind the counter where they have more rare stuff. A must for all you Fans!

On Market Street you have HMV, Music Zone and just opposite down the Side of Teso why not visit Fopp. Bargain CD and DVD Prices.

And Finally a brilliant place to visit is Cols shop which is .....Col, please tell.....
I have a shop in an unique shopping centre called Manchester Craft & Design Centre, it house 16 designers studios ranging from Jewellery to Furniture.

If you like hand made, unusual crafted work then come down, my studio is no. 4 opposite the cafe, I design and make contemporary jewellery and I share my studio with two of the UK finests ceramacists.
