This Sunday – The Crystal Ball feat. ?uestlove, J*Davey, John Arnold, & Hueman Prophets!!!



This Sunday at the 9:30 Club, party with music from Prince’s past and our Soulsonic future at the Crystal Ball. Throughout the evening, DJ ?uestlove of the legendary Roots crew, will spin cuts from Prince (all your favorites, as well as B Sides and bootlegs – u know ?uest got `em), Prince-Related artists (Vanity 6, The Time, Jill Jones, Apollonia, The Family), Prince Nemesis (Rick James & Michael Jackson) and the Prince-inspired (D’Angelo and god knows who-else).



Before the night turns Paisley, the Crystal Ball will showcase sets of future emerging artists, namely -- the L.A. erotic/electro-soul of J*Davey (check out their tracks on www.jdaveybaby.com); the Detroit funk guitar phenom, John Arnold; and DC’s own

hip-hop warrior ensemble, Hueman Prophets. Together they will seamlessly build their sets toward ?uestlove’s Prince & Paisley Mix, which will keep you up & grooving this MLK Weekend.
