thats cool. i think i was in 2 good a mood last nite and stretched myself a bit much by offering 2 bite off a bit more than i could chew. well, not necesarily a good mood, but i was feeling a lot better as i've been feeling rather ropey the last few days, and the change in mood has caused me 2 end up a bit 2 over generous. anyways, i'll still help out where i can, give advice, spread the word, etc

i was thinking if we base the scottish leg in edinburgh, it'll b easier 2 organise than glasgow as glasgows a lot bigger and edinburgh is smaller and more central and easier 2 get around. also, most of the scottish orgers don't actually live in central glasgow, so they all have 2 travel 2 some degree anyways. 4 ppl coming from afar, there is a lot more sightseeing in edinburgh, and camile would b happier coming as we have harvey nicks.

i was considering perhaps if folks were interested, 2 maybe base things in edinburgh, but take a day trip 2 glasgow on the train as its only 50 mins away and trains r every 30 mins or so normally. glasgow is great for clothes shopping, and has some nice bars and clubs also, but the last train back is about 11.30pm ish so i would suggest that as a daytime activity and get back 2 edinburgh early evening, folks can get changed and meet back up in edinburgh. this could also even b a sunday afternoon activity, go thru at midday and back at 6pm 2 edinburgh

we just need 2 get an idea of numbers 2 plan things better, and how ppl r travelling and if they need help with accomodation etc
