I've just tried to book a room over the telephone. One of the numbers seems out of action; the girl I spoke to on the Central Reservations line didn't have a clue what I was on about!

Should I be mentioning someone specifically? Or is there another number to call?


I don't seem able to reply to this topic so I'm editing this message -

for those who wish to book a room at the Citadenes Hotel, the number is actually 08000, not 0800.
