i think what we will do is arrange 2 meet at 6pm next saturday 4th june somewhere like EH1 (if its back open again), and then we can go 2 club nouveu in blair street (off the royal mile and grassmarket) and c larrys band, doors open 7pm and it all finishes about 10pm, and then we can go back 2 EH1 or whatever 4 a few drinks

this will give the locals a better opportunity 2 chat and we can discuss the party passed, and future parties. we will hopefully get 2 listen 2 prince in the club between bands different sets, music courtesy of me

Yeah, my clouds kool.....i persevered with the the pickups, bridge , neck and the action on it.....it sounds like heaven.....heaven i tell u!.....I always was told the replecas were nasty.They are not bad at all.Well mines wasn't when i first got it neway. .....i made it a lot sweeter

I played with an active EMG bridge humbucker years ago... it was pretty full on I'm more of a tele fan though really so I stick with single coils.

The Schecter cloud clones certainly look the part, no doubt about it. However if I did get one... a part of me would weep for the fact that I know Prince's ones are better

yeah i agree with ian u should change the pick-ups! there is a guy in glasgow who is great with those guitars. the schecter are actually ok but u really need to get an auserwald, now that would b a GEETTARRR! i think jerry auserwald is still selling them, the gold symbol guitar and the nude tour guitar!! I really need to get one.

the original cloud replicas sold in npg stores for £5000 were made 2 order and each had 2 b authorised by prince, i'm not sure who made them, but they were a lot better quality than the crappy schecter models. schecter also made a habibi model but it never went on sale. i dunno if it had anything 2 do with a banch of clouds that were delivered and werent up 2 spec

Yeah, i havn't really put much thought into the changing the pickups, because iv'e got a good sound from the guitar just now.but now im seriously thinkin about it...
