we have 6 flyer and poster designs and a website ready awaiting confirmation of the venue being booked. it'll all b online so u download, print and hand out flyers. u can digitally alter them and stick ure name on em and pretend ure dead important 2 impress the birds

i'm still awaiting confirmation of the booking of the venue 2 ourselves, but if we can't get that, we have 2 options, either 2 go 2 the planned venue anyway, and i'm sure we can play at least some if not a good portion of prince if we can fill the place up (if we do that and they r happy with things, then i'm sure they will b persuaded 2 let us have the place 2 ourselves the next time), but at the same time hunt 4 another venue that will let us have an area 2 ourselves where we can play our own music. with the confirmed numbers and the potential numbers, it shouldn't b 2 hard 2 arrange something.

hopefully we can hear something solid soon, but we still have just over 4 weeks 2 finalise everything, but i think we should stick 2 the date and town 4 certain, and just work on the venue. this means u can keep persuading ure friends 2 come on the planned date, and post here if u know of anymore ppl coming, as the numbers r helpful 4 persuading ppl 2 give us a venue, and in turn create a snowball effect of persuading more 2 come
