We are flying from Heathrow on the 12th on Air France flight AF 1671, it takes off at 2:00pm (so time 4 a few drinks in the bar first )).

Were staying at a hotel called Best Western "Etoile Friedland", its 4* and is 20 metres from the Eiffel tower (apparently).

I booked the trip (flights + hotel together) through www.lastminute.com and the deal was amazing. It's £169.each for two nights at the hotel, including the return flights!.
