New artist to join Paisley Park Studios creative staff FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Contact: Vanessa Bartholemew (612) 777-9311 vbartholemew@thedetroitcrawl.org MENDA CITY, Minn. – April 1, 2002 – In a recent effort to downscale and move in a new creative direction, Paisley Park Studios has added a new artist to its creative team. Mr. Ricco Morris, of Metropolitan Detroit, has agreed to lend his artistic talents to creating a new look and feel to Prince’s ever-evolving unique image and sound. “The Moon Man,” as Prince has affectionately calls him, will officially take on his new position as Creative Director, replacing Sam Jennings, Debbie McGuan and Steve Parke, on April 20. Morris will not be paid for his services, as he will be making reparations for using Prince’s likeness and image without prior consent or permission. Also included as part of his employment contract, he will be required to wear suspenders on his trousers at all times and will be required to remove all jewelry while on the grounds of Paisley Park or within 50 feet of Prince and his staff. His work will include costume (including vinyl and denim jackets), set and web design (http://www.NPGMusicClub.com), falsetto backup vocals/hand claps and finger snaps on future New Power Generation (NPG)/Prince penned tracks and all live performances, and creative consultation on all NPG related matters. In celebration of the new addition to his staff, Prince has decided to release a new version of the ever-popular, quiet storm ballad, “Adore” with Ricco on lead vocals. The B-side of the two-track CD single will be “Breathe,” with backup vocals by Peggy Blair. ### | |

My girl April sent me an Email this morning about thee leather Jacket I just finished for Prince. She was with him in the front row of the DC soundcheck for Saturday( the girls with the incense) he asked where his jacket was she told him I just finished it and it's leather would he have a problem with that, he told her he didn't want a leather his words were("I ain't gonna have no dead calves on my back") I thought it was cute now I gotta go out and find something sweet to put on my boys back.....need help!!!! | |

huhuhuh.. yep..indeed...drop the dead thang...  ) use recycled paint, or possibly paint made out of possibly 100% leaf xtracts... remember 2 wash your hands with tree friendly detergeant only... and last but not least, in the event U might consider applying 4 an assistant job at PP rename yourself with something close 2 the letter M....
