SING-ALONG PURPLE RAIN
Prince, in his motion picture screen debut, stars as a Minneapolis rock musician struggling to gain recognition, while also battling rapper/dapper Morris Day for love-interest Apollonia. Oscar-winning score includes the hits "When Doves Cry" and "Let's Go Crazy." Directed by Albert Magnoli. (USA, 1984)

I went Saturday night, it was great! And the slut contest was freakin' hilarious (even though I didn't know about it ahead of time and certainly wasn't expecting anything like that!!). I'm going to put a thread on the Prince: music and more forum about this... cool
