New Soundclick additions!! (UPDATED!!!!!) Besides that band demo that I just put on there I dug DEEP into the vaults and found this jem - Johnnygottaboner! It's all about the joys of growing up and being "rock hard in a funky place." This was taken from the old school 4-track cassette recording circa 1997. I tried to improve it as much as I could. Dig it!
Update! I just added a track that I wrote and recorded over the last couple of days called "Where's My Pants? Pt. 2" Feel free to ignore this request for feedback as you have the others. Thanks..... [This message was edited Mon Jun 21 21:30:29 2004 by artist08]

Sorry it took so long to come back to this thread. I like this song. Have you thought about dusting it off and revamping it? I'd love to hear an updated version of this. [This message was edited Sat Jun 19 9:40:39 2004 by psykosoul]

[This message was edited Sat Jun 19 9:40:39 2004 by psykosoul] Thanks, Psyko. Of course I've thought about revamping it. We used to perform it with an original band I was in and it was changed up pretty drastically. As soon as this new band gets everything straightened out (we lost a keyboard player, so we have to cover for him for now) I'm going to try to get them to record some originals. I figure we can sell some sort of EP at our shows.

Thanks, Vina. I was inspired by new wave songs when I wrote it. I envisioned sorta like that (except no keys).

Man. Do not say that dont care, do. i really dont know where the heck people r at tho' That's y im not posting no songs because aint nobody listening to eachother stuff these days 4 some reason xcept 4 a few of us... Where's My pants, Jason D's Trax and richard Hill's new stuff is nice and is just getting passed by because people aint listening.
Johnnygottaboner - This one is ok. The guitar is kinda loud, but like u said it is an early demo. The chorus... The melody over the song is consistent. I cant understand what ur sayin that much tho'. Where's My Pants This is very cool. The beat is dope man. The song arrangement is tight. I like the chorus. Are you recording all your songs with a band It sounds like this one is live or something. I am loving the bridge! Great screamin man! Shudda put more of that in the song! Straight Jacket Funk Affair

Maybe soundclick is through wigging out. So here it is: I think you've provided my 2nd favorite from you after The Velvet Promise. Where's My Pants Pt. 2 is the shit.

Thanks, Isaiah and Psyko! Yep, there wasn't too much I could do for Johnnygottaboner. The main tracks were all bounced down onto one track on the cassette. Where's my Pants Pt. 2 was still recorded all by me in my "music room." I came up with the little beginning riff one day and didn't want to lose it and it just kind of morphed into what you hear now. "Great screaming...should've put more of that in the song..." - nobody has ever said that to me before - hahaha!
