Painted Pictures will be releasing a CD this weekend; I will post web info later once I get the final details and you all can take a listen and tell me what you think!! For those coming to the DEMF, the Painted Pictures CD release party is Sunday, May 30 at Centre Street (311 E. Grand River). The party will include sets from DJs Alton Miller, Dwayne Jensen, Keith Worthy, Roy Davis, jr., Glenn Underground and Doc Link.

It was great! You can see pictures of me on detroitmovementguide.com. You have to register first, though. Our pictures are on the Monday Photo Gallery, numbers 17/134, 18/134 and 31/134.

We didn't play with a dj, all live. However, the Town Pump (behind the Fox Theatre) has a Tuesday night where live musicians play with a dj. . .I played last Tuesday. It's pretty cool.
