A tremendous "Thank you"

I'm not really sure what this really means yet,
but this morning's (5/26) SoundClick stats has the Tribal Disorder tune 747 (Flight of Passage) listed at:
#10 in the World Fusion sub charts (out of 239 tunes listed)
#80 in the World charts (Out of 1538 tunes listed)
The tune was only posted this past Saturday (5/22).

Whatever this indicates, i'm sure you folks had a lot to do with the current chart position.
Myself and the rest of Tribal Disorder offer our most sincere thanks to the members of this forum. pray

This ability you have to influence the SoundClick charts makes VinaBlue's post all the more critical:

Thanks again,

Congrats to you! clapping

Recently the soundclick charts allowed more than 2 of your tracks to be on the charts. Before that, anything in the top 20 was pretty cool. Now that there are tons more entries in the charts, anything in the top 100 is good. It depends on the genre and how many tunes are listed. Are you checking your plays/downloads? I check mine every day and you'll get a better feel for what it means if you do. Take my stats for example:

I just had 3 plays of Internal Innuendo yesterday. The other tracks aren't getting too much play these days because they've been up for a while.

Currently in the daily charts:

Internal Innuendo:
· #109 in the Classical charts
· #38 in the Film Music sub charts

Naked (Demo):
· #4267 in the Electronica charts
· #307 in the Mellow sub charts

Entropy (Guitar Demo):
· #3935 in the Rock charts
· #967 in the Rock General sub charts

Flutter (Demo):
· #2260 in the Alternative charts
· #531 in the Indie sub charts

yes eye loved listening 2, '747 flight of passage'. I'm gonna put my own label on it, which i know i shouldn't wink .Hope you dont mind , the track Hit me as being Jazz rock techno Funk Fusion. In other words i think what i'm trying 2 say is there are heaps of great styles of music progressing through out! I loved the guitar solo, some tones in there are "new". i felt the 747 hit the tarmac , then bounce back up, Fantastic! guitar Horns or midi? sounded mighty fine, so complex man, great stuff.ALSO thanks 4 your comments about 'Factoreyes". It's amazing when out of the blue someone gives a positive push 2 your work. congratulations at ranking # 10.You deserve such recognition yes . Hey there's 1 more vote from me so it may go higher.Lets hope you get 2 no.1 ! (update of charts was going on so i couldn't check)

It's a long story that started here, in the musician's forum. Here is a little feature that was on the home page of prince.org a while back: http://newfunkorder.com/P.../OrgAd.htm

The official website is www.newfunkorder.com and our message board is over here: http://newfunkorder.com/p.../index.php
Hope that helps. wink

Your label is quite alright my friend. We are influenced by many different musical styles and hopefully not confined by any of them.

I loved the guitar solo, some tones in there are "new". i felt the 747 hit the tarmac , then bounce back up, Fantastic! guitar
Thank you. That's the J-Station emulator being used for the guitar. Logistics made using it a necessity.
I would have much preferred using one of my Boogie rigs but dragging it across the country was out of the question.

Btw, I have to let you know that all the passengers on the 747 survived. wink

Horns or midi? sounded mighty fine, so complex man, great stuff.

Those are real deal horns (trumpet & flugelhorn) played by a great musician and my best friend, Longineu Parsons (www.longineu.com).

ALSO thanks 4 your comments about 'Factoreyes". It's amazing when out of the blue someone gives a positive push 2 your work.

I sincerely meant every word. I really dug it. thumbs up!

Thanks again for your time and comments.

The master tracks were FedEx'd to me today. Once I can get a decent mix done, you've got it.

Thanks VinaBlue:, seems you've put your 'mind, body & soul' not only into your Music, But also into making sure it get's Played. I think We all here @ the ORG have 2 thankyou(cant speak 4 the others), 4 being around , available 2 answer questions, & make suggestions.
WHILE I'M THROWING AROUND LABELS, I'D LIKE SAY OF U AS,"THE 'MOTHER' OF ORG MUSO'S FORUM". guitar hug peace (OR "MOMMA VINA") lol I HOPE THAT'S NOT OFFENSIVE IN ANYWAY heart

Just a little OCD. lol

It's been kinda quiet here lately... there are other groovy org musicians that are just as helpful and waaaaayyy more knowledgable about things.
