How exactly you do a G flat major with an E in the bass?

We all know the song... "It took my mind out, like a GbMaj with an E in the bass...". I play guitar and piano, tell me, how do you finger that chord?

That chord gives a "lydian" sound.

Another inversion is the 2nd finger on the Low E string 12th fret and the first finger on the D G and B string on the 11th fret C# F# A#

Strum the chord then play the notes:

F# G# A# C# B
G# F# D#
F F#
