That's me playing the bass, keyboards and one-fingered piano.

The woman on the track is my friend Darren's half-sister, Gina. I translated some stuff into Spanish, wrote it down phonetically for her and then asked her to read it out seductively. I have no idea if what she's saying actually makes any sense in any language but it sounds cool.

I did all the production and sequencing etc.

I pinched a teeny tiny sample from a Maxwell B-Side called 'Seguranca'. Just a latino beat that I slowed down and looped.

Very groovy track. I really like the loop. I dig the Spanish flavored guitar. Nice mix, good panning. Good changes, it's hard to listen to a song this long if it doesn't develop.

i would download it, but i have a slow conncection and it said its gonna take 14 minutes..2 tired..im bout 2 go in about 5. I will probably get it on Monday (ima be gone unfortunatley this weekend). But sounds cool.

I'd love to know if the "Spanish" Gina is mumbling actually makes sense.

Where the hell did you come from? The reason I ask is because I would've remembered this music. It's really cool.

Love everything about it. What are you playing/recording with/creating those phatt beats with? Please tell me its not all samples...

The music is basically a crappy Casio keyboard, a bass guitar held together with Duck Tape, two electric guitars and a semi acoustic. That's all it was. All the drums were sounds that I arranged in Fruity Loops with the exception of the loop I lifted from the Maxwell song I mentioned before. Everything was shoved through effects pedals to make it sound like something it wasn't.

The song was recorded onto a hard disc recorder and then I isolated parts of the individual tracks, created more loops, added digital effects and put it all together with a sequencing program called Making Waves.

The mumbling is in "Spanish" - the actual lyrics were never recorded.
