Prince's acoustic guitar

Anyone know what the acoustic guitar that Prince is holding on the last page of the musicology booklet is? It looks like a schecter but I don't know what model or anything.

Also, anyone know what acoustic he used for The Truth?

I'm not sure. I thought it might be a Takamini (not sure how it's spelled).
