Has anyone used Brian Eno's "Oblique Strategies" card deck to help them make music?

If so, would you recommend it?

These are interesting from what I just read. Can you give an example of a dilemma and how you might use these cards, please? Where can someone in the US get these?

I've never used any of these. I once tried to make my own list of things to do when I'm stuck.
