It's a good have for any drummer

I'm sure you could find it online as well.

My wife got me mine (gift, she's cool like that) so I'm not sure how much it is.

I bought mine for $50 at the guitar center as well.

It's got some great excercises and I found it helpful.

Fifty was a little steep but it's got like 4 hours worth of the material.
