What is this? Everybody shows up on the same day, after so long?

Who cares, welcome back!

This is a cool groove. It has alot of different things goin on. Acid Jazz kinda, more funky though.

Industrial funk. Those keys really soften it up, i really like them! They make the song even funkier! U should keep them in there thru the whole song. And i really like that snare change up in the middle! It starts gettin all weird and funny. It starts changin up and turnin in2 this strange new wave shit and it is nice

Good structure.
Slow build, but it's all good.

Very cool sounds you picked!

What synths did you use?
Are those your vocals?

Thanx guys, the synths i used are all software based, some Reason, some others, I mostly just fiddle with the filters and resonance until it sounds right,

The vocals are from a friend of mine, we recorded some stuff over the years and sometimes i sample some of it.

I made the whole thing in 2 hours from start to finish yesterday and was pretty excited so i posted it fast.
Now i probably won't get anything done for like 2 months! (always the same)

Good job BT.
BTW, your audio player isn't coming up when I click on the link.

I get this error:
http://www.bigthing.net/ www.bigthing.net 205.152.236.123 Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.12; Mac_PowerPC) 404 /audioplayer.html

is it because I'm on a MAC?

I like it very much. I'm so alien to this whole keyboard-driven-experimental groove thing.

I'd love to do stuff like this. Then again, I'd love to pilot small aircraft too. I'd love to hunt sharks.

I need coffee.

Yeah, i don't like MAC's !

Seriously though, i don't know why, do you get a new centered window when you click the link? cause i might have used some IE exclusive html.

Yes, I get a new centered window. I use IE as well. It used to work before though. I noticed that some flash detection scripts don't work so good on the Mac though. That was my first impression of the error message.
