Red	2Funk is great. I wouldn't change it. My 'pungent' remark was not meant as a name change; referring only to the state of smell of funkboy's music...as in, smelled good 2 me

I kinda like 2funkE AND I'M SURPRISED it wasn't used back in the day alongside acts like Grandmaster Flash and the Furious 5, The Treacherous 3, Jazzy 5, etc. In short the name is simple and to the point. It's old school and it vibes well with the old school flavor of your music.

You might be right, Marc, maybe "2funkE" ain't that bad. But my musical partner Ingmar doesn't want the word "funk" in the bandname. Maybe if I tell him about the Grandmaster Flash stuff he might be convinced, since he is into old school hiphop as well...

The last time we had a brainstorming session we ended up with "Fat Meat", which he kinda liked. In a way it's a cool name, but it also sounds kinda groce (is that spelled correctly?). What do you guys think about that one?

marcdeondotcom	Fat Meat brings to mind Fatback, a band that I haven't heard from since the 80's. They had an incredible funk hit called Backstrokin'. See if you can find an mp3 floating around online.. it'll be worth your while.

Fat anything creates a visual, so if that's what you want, cool. Maybe "Phat Meat" but then all of the PETA people will want to know what's so phat about meat and vegitarians, maybe I'm over thinking it.

After re-listening to all of your stuff, I want funk in the name or groove (but of course, I would).
