I got my Hohner the Prinz profestional couple a days ago, i discoverd that the pickup 3way switch only has 2 tones, even tho it has a 3 way switch, when i select the bridge pick ups the tone changes then when i move it 2 the middle i get the a different tone and when i select the neck pick ups it stays the same as the middle tone! IS THIS NORMAL?
Please help.

a luthier can change that easily, it's just the way the guitar was made, i can't explain well in english but it's easy to solve it.

yeah, do it. it's cool to mix the pick ups

it will not change the tone of your guitar, it will only make it a little more versatile,
