Oh yeah, and I had to stop myself from re-recording parts and remixing four other songs and putting them on Soundclick tonight. Lucky it's almost 4 AM. I'll get to them later.

Ok, I have to admit, I didn't like Touch Me Again at first, but I listened to the whole song anyway. Now I'm listening a secondtime because at the end it became like an REM song! So, great build up. I'm understanding it more the second time around. Yeah, it really starts to get good at 1:40. You do have great arranging skills. The end TOTALLY reminds me of something off of Out of Time by REM. I would turn down the backup vocals in the first verse. It sounds like they are softer in the second verse and that sounds better. It's just hard for me to focus on your lead vocals because the backup is so loud at first.

The First Time. I like the keyboards in this! I can see kinda what Tal is saying, but I like the song better like this. The chords kinda remind me of INXS, Never Tear Us Apart, that kinda vibe. Maybe a version in between this one and the guitar version, like keep the chords that were played on the keyboards, the string pad sound. I can definitely see losing the electric piano sound, I never liked that sound at all. It kinda reminds me of George Michael, I'm not sure why.

Hmmm...now I'm quite a predicament! Ok, I'm making notes here. At one time I had those vox panned - lead in left and background in right, but I didn't really like it. REM? That's a new one! (you like them, right?) Thanks, Vina.

Yeah, Out of Time is my favorite REM cd.

I wouldn't pan the background vocals, just turn them down in the first verse. They just interupt the lead vocal, I can't understand the lead because the backup comes in too loud. The second verse isn't like that though.

yes that sounds alot better. Now it has more of a Roy Orbison feel which is good. I like the acoustic version especially when it grows into the sgt. peppers lonely heart club styled bridge. Try adding strings or a pad sound panned far left and right on the bridge. That will fill it up considerably.

I agree with Vina. "The Very First time" original version had potential also. So maybe some keys but not as prominent as they were on the first version.I still favor the guitar heavy sound on this one.

Touch Me Again-has a Garth Brooks as Chris Gaines feel. I love that cd by Garth. If u guys haven't heard it, check it out. Lead vocal is much better with this dry mix. Sounds real organic with all of the instrumentation. Funky organ patch.Keep up the good work my friend.

The First Time needs some deviation in the drum beat IMO but the song is solid. I love the changes and your voice. Maybe it’s just because I’ve playing drums a lot recently but whatever.

I have no Garth reference but the song Touch me again is really cool. The harmonies are a little (not trying to be offensive “rough” at spots (00:38) but great towards the end. I love when the change goes minor with the keys, at 1:37. It almost sounds like another tune.

The very First is just another good song, beautiful in structure and overall vibe.

Overall your stuff is really good and your voice is AWESOME. I wish I could sing this well.

Everything else is also well written but we’ve talked about those in previously posts, I’m sure.

Thanks for sharing

Oh yeah, and I suck at drum programming. Well, maybe it's not that I suck - it's just time consuming so I kinda just pick a beat and go with it. All songs, I know, would sound much better with live musicians in a studio. But, hey anyone that wants to program the drums for me can!
