A MESSAGE TO PRINCE. Dear Prince,
I don't know if you come to this site, I don't know if you ever give anyone on here the time of day, but I think you should really show some love to these people on this site. They are fond of you, and they have studied your work. They have recorded an album from the talent that they learned from you, and they have formed and organization that is carrying your message of freedom in music (the NewFunkOrder). I think you should at least talk with Jason Dodson (Flashpointe) because he has much in common with your ideals. Also, you should talk to org user NFO and maybe share some promotional ideas or throw him a line of support in this project. These people need your support, because they are carrying your message. Granted, they started this of their own free will, and the project's success in in their hands, but it would be nice if they had freindship from you to boost their morale, their support, and their need to get the message out. I hope that you can contact them. I understand that you are extremely busy, but I guarantee that contacting these people would be worth your while and theirs. Sincerely, Ben Stafford (WB)

Whats the message? Is New Funk Order part of Prince.org? Does NFO.'s message represent Prince.org's mission for this site? I am looking for answers and am in search of the truth. I can handle the truth!! ~HeheHe~---MinneapolisFunk

The New Funk Order started as an idea by Jason Dodson (Flashpointe). The idea was to form an organization of funk artists that could share music and ideas freely without corporate control. Then, Jason and VinaBlue asked Ben if they could have a musician's forum on the org. Ben agreed. The New Funk Order gained support THROUGH Prince.org, but is not A PART of Prince.org. Jason then incorporated the NFO as a non-profit organization, dedicated to preserving music as an art by having free music projects available for listeners online completely free, and for artists to benefit from the promotion thereof.
Now, more than ever, these folks need Prince's friendship and support. Nothing to do with money, just support. WB

The irony is that it was the support that took us off line!
Not for too long though.

I'm glad someone thinks I do. Some people in the Not-so Friendly Often think that I am an egotist and I try to take too much credit. You are great also, Muziq! Peace, JD
