The New Funk Order: a great organization!

I notice that U are gaining some support. I am trying to help spread the word. You are a great bunch of people, and I thank you!

For the past 5 months, our average mp3 hits have been in the 40s to 50s. When the org ad went up on Friday Dec 19th, I got an orgnote right away about my track. The next Tuesday I checked the webstats on our mp3s and I had 400 hits! Everyone elses were about the same. BigThing had 800. By the end of the month the top 10 downloads by Mbs were:

940 Hits/ downloads TAABWTH.mp3
778 "" "" NAIIAIL.mp3
850 "" "" MakeFunkNotWar.mp3
905 " "" Untitled.mp3
874 "" "" Move.mp3
758 "" "" SunRays.mp3
247 "" "" WNFO_Show_01.mp3
710 "" "" Junkie.mp3
1931 " "" MightyCute.mp3
1138 "" "" ForYourPleasure.mp3

That a HUGE increase in activity in a week and a half! While we appreciate your support and efforts, the credit for this goes to Mr.NFO for creating the content of the ad and Ben Margolin for putting it on the Prince.org feature on the front page.

peace

Thats the top urls by kilobytes - the mp3s that have used the most bandwidth, not the top 10 downloads. eg One song might be higher than another one because it is a larger file size, not because its been downloaded the most times wink.

If you put them in order of hits like this,

1931 Hits/ downloads MightyCute.mp3
1138 "" "" ForYourPleasure.mp3
940 "" "" TAABWTH.mp3
905 "" "" Untitled.mp3
874 "" "" Move.mp3
850 "" "" MakeFunkNotWar.mp3
778 "" "" NAIIAIL.mp3
758 "" "" SunRays.mp3
710 "" "" Junkie.mp3
247 "" "" WNFO_Show_01.mp3

you get a rough top 10 in order of how many time they were downloaded. Its rough because some files may not have been on the kilobytes top 10 because they are small files.

I use the same webstats program as NFO for my site & for a while I found it was dissapointing that it didnt show a top 10 of files of your choosing, so I figured this out wink

Yeah, that's why I said: "By the end of the month the top 10 downloads by Mbs were" I'm just showing that the totals have went up since the ad went up. Everyones files are being downloaded a lot more.

Obviously, the NFO radio show is 45 minutes long, so other tracks that have 500 download wont show up because that show is gonna use more bandwith. We have a list that shows the top 30 urls by hits, but that shows all message board hits and 1 mp3.

Sorry Vina I wasnt correcting you, was just showing another way of interpreting the webstats Ive found wink

I think the radio show plays our individual mp3s one after the other in track order rather than playing one long mp3. So maybe thats included in the totals above. Still all is going very well, I get about 5 hits per day from my org ad bio on cloud9mission smile

It's cool, man. It's just that I already went over all this over here: http://newfunkorder.com/p....php?t=278 for those who need to know.

The radio show plays a like 2 nfo tracks, but lots of other stuff as well. Its done in the style of the npg ahdio shows. You should check it out.
