the other day i was walking up Time Square in NYC and a familiar voice said... "Hey Whats up at Letterman". My curiosity took over and i decided to take my stroll a little futher. When i got the the Ed Sullivan Theater i noticed there was a crowd of people standing out the side enterance. I went to investigate, sometimes u can see some pretty interesting people coming and going from those side doors. When i reached the crowd I asked "hey who's on the show tonight?"
this guy looked over at me with a look on his face as if he were saying "silly rabbit tricks are for kids" he then smiled and said. Mrs. Richie and her husband are coming out.


The Electric Purple began to surge.

shortley after they both appeared before the bright flashes and screams of adoring fans. Not speaking to the crowd of spectators Mr. and Mrs. Richie and another woman headed straight for the SUV parked not far from the side entrance. Believe it or not Mrs. Richie is much more beautiful in person and as a couple they look as tough they belong together. the doors to the vehicle closed and the driver drove them away, with several people in hot persuit.

The Electrip Purple began to wonder.

now not long ago while watching a t.v. show i seen a segment where photographers were waiting outside of Mrs. Richies apartment building. The image of the building was like a photograph in my mind. I knew the general area of the location but i didn't know the exact point. Now while the SUV was driving off that same familar voice said... They are going home go find it.

The Electric Purple was on a mission.

I headed up to the upper west side along the Central Park West, looking down the streets as a came to them hoping to find a familar site. something i would reconize from the t.v. show. up up up and away i went. until i reached (censored for privacy)St. There i found it. The exact location that i had seen on t.v. and outside was park the same SUV with the motor running.

The Electric Purple makes Communication.

Now I am sitting on a stoop along the sidewalk next to the SUV patienctly waiting for The Moment. Funny thing is No one else is around. The driver gets out of the SUV and goes to the back of the vehicle and sorts through some things in the back, then looks over at me. I stand up and walk over to him and say... "Excuse me sir, I know that U are the Driver 4 Mr. and Mrs. Richie and i wanted to let you know that i was here hoping to speak to one of them and i didn't want to put myself in a position to where i come off as a possible threat to either one that is why i am speaking to u first. There is a song and a video that was sort of inspired by one of Mrs. Richies songs... I was hoping she would take a look at it." The driver then says that there is nothing he can do about this situation. but as he walks back to the front of the car looks over and says. why don't u talk to her assistant, she will be down shortly. I asked him if he would let her know that i was there... he said what ever happens happens. About 5 minutes later she appeared... The Driver hoped out of the car and opened the door for her as she quickly got in. This was my only chance and i took it. i walked over to her window and i said "excuse me ma'am can i please talk to u for just a second please..." and she replied "sure honey what is it," then rolled down her window. I then went on telling her about The Burning Up video which is featured at NEWFUNKORDER.Com and told her it was a song that was inspired by Mrs. Richies song Burning UP. I filled her in on some details on how to view it and about the site. As she took down the information she PROMISED that she would pass the information on to Mrs. Richie. she smile and i said, "thank u very much for giving me a chance to talk with u". she said, "no problem dear" and we said good night. We both then went on our seperate ways as the Electric Purple strikes again.



Like the driver said what ever happens... happens.
