Bitchin'. erm, other than the specs (type of wood, electrics, strings) maybe something on princes playing style as (arguably!) that's a big part of the sound/tone... dunno, rather than tabs, just a description of his style, example songs (highlighting his great rythm playing for example), the characteristics of a prince solo (we know what they are! actually i have a guitar mag on that somewhere). He who joyfully marches to music in rank and file has already earned my contempt. He has been given a large brain by mistake, since for him the spinal cord would fully suffice. - Albert Einstein | |

tis probably impossible to know what effects are used on studio recorded albums considering the amount of post-recording sound manipulation that may have gone on during the mixing stages. Just an educated guess you know so I could be wrong, but don't get your hopes up mate. Small Club though, maybe someone does know. Small Club would probably be one of the most desired tones I guess.
