Recording Live Music - Tips? Just wondered if any fellow musicians here are also into recording live shows, concerts, etc. I'm needing advice on equipment (MD or DAT walkman, binaural or cardoid mics, etc)
And no I'm not bootlegging...it's just that I like having personal recordings of shows I attend. I sincerely want 2 fuck the taste out of your mouth

Great info on microphones, recording devices (primarily minidiscs, but other methods are discussed) etc. Archos recently came out with a 20 GIG mp3 recorder. I haven't heard any files from one yet, but it looks like a decent machine. The Last Otan Track: www.funkmusician.com/what.mp3
