whats up Hey everyone,
My band, Five Minute Riot, (funky alt. rock) just recorded a demo... The problem is, our singer is also our drummer. Which makes things rather tough sometimes. He's got a great voice, and we want him out front. What we need is a funky rockin' drummer to complete our band. We have possible major label interest and a number of show dates lined up already, with more on the way. Is anyone interested? Check out our mp3 site, download the new demo songs, and give a holler...thanks! Five Minute Riot www.mp3.com/five_minute_riot

If I had a penny for every band that said that. Sounds good though

If you had a penny for every band that said that, you'd be a label! HAH! Taking money from the bands - penny at a time - keeping bands interested, sucking the life from them...

sigh. inside joke, I spose. No, I completely understand. The only 2 labels I have been associated with tried to lure me in and then play the money game. That's why there is the New Funk Order, Fiveminuteriot. You outta come check us out. We are in the process of creating an organization where there is no strings attached and you can participate. You donate music to the project free of charge, and we promote the freedom of music effort and as we grow, so does our and your publicity. Kind of like a music co-op. Peace, JD

This reminds me a little of Phil Collins story ,Well I wish U Luck, I wish U Drummer I wish U Drummer.
His voice sounds professional so try to get that drummer cause theres not many commercial voices out there.
