We can use this not only to publicise via Yahoo but also can use the invite members function to email people. Also it'll help us keep in touch with visitors to our website.

If everyone joins, I'll make ya'll group moderators so we all have complete control over the group & then we can start inviting our friends .

I guess it'll double up as a forum untill the webdesigners get one going.

To the mystery designer of our site, use this link http://groups.yahoo.com/g...er/promote to get the html code to add a subscribe box to the site

I have also now sent my newsletter, posted a link to my own yahoo group & Ive updated the old newfunkorder site to point to the new one

Be very careful not to spam. The web hosting service is a very reputable company and does not tolerate Spam of any kind. The site will be shut down by them if this happens.

But my main idea is to use the group via the website once the subscribe box is up, we wont have to do any inviting at all
